Gympass is a dual contribution benefit. Companies pay a month-to-month annual pricing rate based on your company’s total number of eligible employees. Employees who opt-in to Gympass get month-to-month pricing based on the subscription they select.

How does company investment work?

There is no employee minimum to purchase and offer Gympass. However, the lowest company annual fee is for a total of 10 employees. So if you have less than 10 employees you will still have to pay for a minimum of 10 employees.

Is there a minimum number of employees a company needs to invest in Gympass?

You can offer Gympass to as many employees as desired, up to the number of employees defined in the contract. However, the company plan will always be based on your total number of employees.

Can my company offer Gympass to a select group or number of employees?

All employees have access to the same plan tiers. When employees sign up, they can choose their desired subscription plans. Employees can also upgrade, pause, or cancel their chosen plan at any time.

Is there a limit to how many employees can subscribe to a Gympass membership tier?

How do I find gyms and apps specific to my geographic location?

Full-time employees (FTEs), contractors, and interns are all eligible to sign up for and use Gympass.

Is Gympass for FTEs only? Are other employee classifications eligible for Gympass like contractors and interns?

There are no implications. As long as an employer-employee relationship or agreement exists, your company has full autonomy to add whoever you want as “employees'' to Gympass. 

Are there implications on U.S. labor laws, legislation, or taxes we should be aware of before offering Gympass to our employees?

Employees may visit one gym/studio a day within the same plan tier or under. Employees also have unlimited access to our partner apps that are available within their chosen plan.

Are there limits to how many times Gympass users can check in per day, week, or month?

The company fee can be paid by Credit Card, ACH, SEPA or wire transfer. Gympass charges a fixed fee per month based on the Company's total number of employees. The number of employees can vary up to 5% and the fee will be kept the same. If it exceeds 5% the fee will be adjusted proportionally.

How do companies pay for Gympass? Explain billing cycles and available payment methods.

Based on your contribution, employees can pay their respective subscription rates by credit card or payroll deduction. Note: Payroll deduction as a payment method is your company's decision (it is not mandatory).

How does employee investment work? What role do companies play in their individual subscription payments?

After you create a free account or download the Gympass app you can view all of the wellness partner apps, gyms, and studios available in each plan.

Which premium digital apps are available in each membership plan?

In the US, Gympass is eligible for wellness dollars (from brokers and health insurance providers).
